WorldFlow AI provides an enterprise AI memory layer platform that includes semantic caching at the API gateway, KV-cache inference acceleration at the GPU, and persistent agentic memory across sessions. Our Services are designed to help organizations optimize AI inference costs, latency, and quality.
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Services ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Services.
Our collection, use, and protection of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including obtaining any necessary consents from your end users.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available at all times. However, the Services are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access.
We may temporarily suspend access to the Services for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime when practicable.
Specific uptime commitments, if any, are set forth in your service-level agreement ("SLA"), which takes precedence over this section.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldFlow AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
